What we process and why - Account data (name, email, password hash) to provide your client account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). - Profile, branding information and the files you upload (voice sample, clips, music, fonts, logo) to create your social media videos (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). - Your voice sample is used to create an AI voice clone exclusively for your own content, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 9 GDPR where applicable). You can withdraw consent at any time. - Chat messages between you and us. - Buffer connection: access tokens to publish approved videos to the social media channels you selected. - Technical log data (IP address, time) for security, kept for a short period (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 3. Your rights You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. BayLDA, Bavaria). 6. Cookies We only use one technically necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking, no analytics.
